Cons
The more you learn, the more exhausting it gets; people pretend not to know what they don't know
Three holiday bonuses are minimal: NT$1K for the Dragon Boat Festival and a gift box for the Mid-Autumn Festival
The NT$31,300 includes NT$2,500 perfect-attendance pay; one-half is deducted for a single absence
Most importantly, the salary does not increase with seniority
