Cons
The company shows absolutely no respect for interviewees. On 104, they basically apply indiscriminately, there is no HR department, and the company will not even look at your résumé.
The interview requires you to fill out a standardized questionnaire including a background investigation, as well as multiple-choice questions about how much you are willing to devote to the company and whether you are willing to work overtime to the fullest extent. You can imagine what it would be like after joining the company.
