There is a cup of water to drink

At first, these reviews seemed fine, so I still went to the interview.

Only after going did I realize it was a waste of time. You really don't need to come at all!!

I interviewed for a quality control position at a factory in China.

The interview was in Banqiao. After I spent two hours completing the test, they told me that I would have to undergo training at the company in Banqiao for one or two years before being assigned to work in China.

I almost fainted when I heard that.

Then this isn't a position in mainland China at all.

It's a position in Taiwan, with development in mainland China as one possible option.

Neither the interview notice nor the two phone calls mentioned this.

Why didn't they say so earlier? Telling me only after I arrived was a complete waste of time.

Furthermore, I already have experience, and I felt that offering a salary of around 30K was far too exploitative.

Finally, I asked whether HR understood the culture and operating methods of mainland Chinese factories, and they didn't understand them either.

Then I really don't know what you were interviewing me for!?

Careless HR personnel who make people feel that they don't put in the effort can really leave a very poor impression of the company.
