Pros
The company environment looks very bright. After working for more than six months, you can receive a quarterly bonus; based on performance evaluations, it is usually around 2,000–3,000.
Cons
Labor insurance is reported at the minimum wage. A NT$200 welfare fee is deducted from your salary every month for monthly gatherings.
