1. There are no projects and no supervisor at the company. The workload is not heavy, and working hours are normal.
2. The colleagues get along very well.
1. The elderly owner couple are confused in their reasoning and constantly change their decisions, making it difficult for employees to know how to proceed.
2. Except for the Administration Department, most employees have been with the company for less than three months. The turnover rate is excessively high even by design-industry standards.
3. Meetings are frequent, but their content is entirely meaningless. They mostly consist of the boss showing off personal connections and achievements from ten years ago; however, not a single employee who created those achievements ten years ago is still with the company.
4. The company does not value talent. The boss views employees as replaceable parts, even though talent is the most important asset in the design industry.
5. The boss likes to suddenly text employees at eight or nine o’clock at night, on a whim, demanding that they work, even though the tasks are neither urgent nor reasonable.
6. Those preparing for exams, pregnancy, or studying abroad may consider this company as a place to stay during a career gap. Anyone who wants to witness the extraordinary spectacle of Taiwan’s design industry may also consider joining.
