The colleagues are great, and the benefits "appear" to be good.
Pay close attention to the total amount shown on your salary withholding certificate—it is definitely higher than what you actually receive. On average, my monthly salary was listed as 42,000, but in reality, I only received that much in one month. I don't know what the company is using to give various expenses misleading names and turn them into part of your salary. Also, pay close attention to the contracts you sign when you join: one of them will be a contract for commissioned work. Does that still make you a full-time employee? You need to be very careful with this company. On the surface, they treat you well and offer great benefits. While I was there, we had company dinners almost every month, and during the two years I stayed, I went to Japan, Macau, and Shanghai. However, these benefits may be how they inflate your reported salary.
