The colleagues are very nice, and the benefits "look" good.
You need to pay attention to the total amount on your salary withholding statement—it is definitely higher than what you actually receive. On average, my stated monthly salary was 42,000, but in reality, I only received that much in one month. I don't know what the company is using to make various expenses appear as part of your salary. Also, be very careful with the contracts you sign when joining the company: one of them will be a contractor agreement. Are you still a full-time employee under those terms? You need to be extremely cautious with this company. On the surface, they treat you very well and offer excellent benefits. During my time there, we had company dinners almost every month, and over the two years I was there, I went to Japan, Macau, and Shanghai. However, these benefits may be how they inflate the salary figures they report.
