1. The boss is also the HR manager, so there is no room for negotiation.
2. You need to answer questions about private matters, such as your parents’ occupations and the companies they work for, and they may call them.
3. After you fill out a bunch of questions, the boss has not looked at your résumé at all before the interview and will not refer to the questionnaire you just completed, then asks you about things already stated on your résumé.
4. This small company has reportedly been accused of withholding employees’ wages.
5. Internal employees have confirmed that the boss is stingy (search for “博音科技” on Google and you will find a 2012 Yahoo Knowledge+ post).
6. The company has no future prospects; it makes cables for connecting electronic products. Everything is wireless now, okay?
7. The salary is not high (<3).
I advise everyone not to waste time going to an interview—it is extremely humiliating.
