The company has moved offices, so it looks very new.

Although it is backed by Japanese investment, it is made up almost entirely of Taiwanese employees. It follows Taiwan’s holiday calendar, unlike a typical wholly Japanese company.

The company may still be developing, so some of its systems and benefits do not seem fully established.

The interview process was the opposite of what I have experienced at other companies, which caught me a little off guard, but overall it was fairly standard.
