Pros
The Taipei office environment is good, and the Sales Department is worth staying in.
Cons
Decisions change from one day to the next, and the boss does not do what a boss should do. Poor management means accounts receivable and bad debts cannot be recovered, to the point that the company has to seek bank loans. Even buying a broom requires submitting a written request for approval by the top boss.
