On the surface, consultants are treated with considerable respect.
Cons
The company prioritizes sales staff and focuses its development efforts on them.
The boss strongly favors his own people. Once senior executives are no longer seen as useful, the company deliberately finds ways to push them out, which is extremely unethical.
