Pros
The company's products for export are good.
Cons
1. Does not pay wages and severance in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
2. The new management has no professionalism and does not respect professional expertise.
3. The company has a lot of bananas in stock, so it can only find monkeys.
4. Employees who previously resigned would hear some strange accusations and rumors after leaving.
5. The person in charge of the company has not established branches in Thailand and Shanghai.
