Pros
The product is okay; it's just that the people are too incompetent.
Cons
The company's systems and thinking are rigid, and its hierarchical culture is pronounced. Things are done with absolutely no efficiency.
When I was leaving the company, my supervisor had no understanding of the Labor Standards Act, respecting neither the law nor departing colleagues.
