Besides the environment being filled with green plants, the fresh fragrance of the plants, and the installation art, I can't think of any other advantages.
The interview location is at the company's headquarters in the middle of nowhere!
For those who don't ride a scooter or drive, this is very troublesome! (If you're like me and take the MRT, congratulations—you'll also have to spend extra money on a taxi.) As for the interview itself, the interviewer will paint an unbelievably rosy picture for you, going on about how good their working conditions and environment are. Little do you know, it's just another company that looks down on people. They don't care what abilities you have; they only care whether your appearance and outward image fit their products and can complement them. In short, it's a company whose manner of speaking and interview process leave a very unpleasant impression!
