During the HR interview, they had not reviewed the résumé beforehand and asked random, thoughtless questions. They also did not seem to understand their company’s existing resources or operating methods. An employee beside the interviewer kept interrupting. It was extremely confusing. They kept insisting that their own approach was correct and did not need to be changed. Then why were they hiring? They showed extreme disrespect for the interviewee’s professional field, adopting a contemptuous attitude and discriminating based on age. They also made many unprofessional, personalized criticisms, and their attitude was unbelievably poor. The company has no management system, and the supervisor is even more self-righteous and unwilling to accept criticism. Do not waste your time going there. I have never encountered such an absurd company. They only want to hire people at low salaries and have no genuine intention.

Seriously, don’t go. From the bottom of my heart, this is an arrogant company that is not sincerely looking to hire. Personal experience: the Wenxin branch. Don’t go there and subject yourself to this frustration.
