Ong Tai, a sporting goods company in Dongguan
The interviewer was the 26-year-old son of the general manager.
The interview had no real focus, and they used some online psychological tests and the like to assess me.
They asked things like, “If your boss asked you to put an elephant in a house, how would you do it?” It left me speechless.
After the interview, they first called to say I had been hired.
Then, after I hadn’t received an offer for more than a week, I followed up and was told that I hadn’t been hired after all.
What a bizarre company.
If I ever have the opportunity to join the company in the future, it would probably be bizarre as well??
