Pros
Both the employees and the managers are very easy to talk to.
They also answer questions.
The environment is good; overtime is only occasionally required when there are large department store events.
The company provides basic benefits and health insurance.
The atmosphere during the interview was good.
Cons
A consensus could not be reached due to transportation and salary concerns.
In the end, I still chose to give up.
