The employees are fairly easy to get along with.
Business conditions are poor and revenue has decreased, but the boss is still making an effort.

The plant affairs manager has a down-to-earth personality and likes to nag, but as long as you are capable, once you've been scolded and argued with, that's the end of it~
Employee benefits are relatively poor.
1. Office staff are under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay and no compensatory leave for working on holidays.
2. Company policy prohibits taking sick leave unless you have documentation from a public hospital.
3. The boss stipulates that annual leave cannot be taken immediately before or after consecutive holidays.
4. There is insufficient manpower, and the workload exceeds capacity.
5. The boss's wife adjusts the salary structure depending on the circumstances. The salary is fixed; you must clarify this during the interview, as there will be no adjustments.
6. Overtime pay for production-line workers is calculated by dividing the number of workdays by the total monthly hours. If you take leave during the month, your overtime pay will be reduced.
