There is a group of colleagues who want to start a business together. Everyone contributes according to their respective expertise and abilities, making this a very vibrant company. In particular, my direct supervisor has consistently provided me with selfless guidance and assistance, patiently teaching me. I really like this kind of work atmosphere.

However, there are also employees who work unprofessionally and cannot figure out the situation. Every communication takes a very long time... exhausting.
