The supervisor was arrogant and even thought they were looking for people different from those sought by Siliconware. It was a manufacturing industry of the same nature to begin with; in the end, they merged anyway.
The HR department called several times before I went to the interview. The supervisor's attitude was that they simply weren't short of talent, and they even said my field of study didn't match. It turns out that the people your HR department recruits can also treat interviewees like fools. I came from far away, and there was no transportation reimbursement. This kind of supervisor's interview attitude should be strongly condemned. Job websites are also part of the accomplice structure; they basically require companies to post a bunch of ghost job openings, and in the end they mess around with all the job seekers.
