Putting aside whether the solar energy industry can still develop, just the fact that they say “no experience required” is enough—once you join, you’ll be harshly bullied and criticized until you’re treated like less than human, which tells you all you need to know about this company’s culture.....呵呵! Then you’ll be hassled by production-line operators, while the supervisors and senior colleagues in your department simply won’t help you. You’ll feel that the job offers neither seniority nor a high salary, yet the working hours are so excessive they’ll work you to the bone. People can be treacherous: they’ll put their arm around your shoulder one second, then stab you in the back the next. If you’re thinking of joining, think it over carefully!
