Is this even possible?
The current company basically has no real systems in place. There is absolutely no standard for deducting points in performance evaluations; they simply make things up as they go, like haggling at a market. The quality of the managers is becoming increasingly disappointing. They cannot retain talent and only keep assuming that the employees are the problem. Oh, and managers can even get the brand wrong—how nice, right?
They say one thing and do another. As long as they pretend nothing happened, any mistake can be selectively covered up. They say everything is the employees’ problem and never engage in any self-reflection. Truly fantastic!
Employees with unremarkable abilities get watched closely; those whose abilities stand out get eliminated even faster. The biggest joke of the century!
Every time someone touches a sore spot, they blow up. They only ask employees to improve their shortcomings, while their own problems somehow do not count as problems. Really, just great. Honestly, does the company have any advantages? I suppose I could say there still are some, but those were a very, very long time ago~
