1. Because hygiene is taken seriously, going to the restroom during work is somewhat inconvenient (you have to change clothes and go through the hygiene procedures again)

2. There aren't really any particular drawbacks to mention... it's just very straightforward. If I had to point one out, it gets boring after doing it for a long time, since everything follows an SOP.
