None. Terrible as hell.
The company is extremely awful, and the boss’s wife pretends not to understand. A typical exploitative boss.
The company has fewer than 15 employees, yet established its own employee welfare committee and charges each person NT$500 per month in welfare fees. In addition, birthday bonuses are not paid until an employee has completed one year of service, which completely fails to comply with government regulations. Under government regulations, welfare fees must be collected at a certain ratio; charging NT$500 per person is simply excessive. It’s outrageous. As long as you pay, you should be entitled to the benefits, yet this terrible company requires employees to complete one year first.
When we raised this with the boss’s wife, she even acted as if our benefits were already better than those required by the government, and said, “If you’re not used to the company culture, then resign!”
I strongly advise everyone not to come here. It’s a terrifying place.
