You need to have your own means of transportation. You will probably need to go to the hotel about two days a week to help handle accounting, cash, and related matters. There is no overtime pay under the responsibility-based work system. During the Lunar New Year, you will need to go to the hotel for about half a day for approximately 2–3 days to provide support. The company will only compensate you with half a day of leave and will not provide overtime pay.
