Manager Hong paints an incredibly rosy picture of employees’ prospects; it feels like a very promising company!!
In reality, it is a sweatshop company that always pays a base salary of 21,009; working as a migrant worker would be easier!! They pay the minimum wage but demand the maximum from you at work!! If Manager Hong is unhappy, he will arbitrarily fire people, portraying illegal practices as legal!! Currently involved in litigation in court!! After helping him complete supervision work worth 75 million, I was heartlessly fired by him~!! By the way, this company has no year-end bonus and no performance evaluations!!! Manager Hong will tell you that this is just how things are in the engineering business!!
