Extremely terrible.
The company sent me a message inviting me to an interview: “Due to the expansion of the business unit team, we are actively recruiting outstanding talent. We were deeply impressed by your experience and sincerely invite you to further discuss the 【Online Planning】 position.”
They also called to invite me and explained that the company had already reviewed my résumé. My desired salary was clearly stated on it, and I also asked about the compensation during the call. They said I could discuss it with the supervisor in person. However, when I went for the interview that day, I spent an hour filling out forms and questionnaires, only to wait for an extremely rude old man who said: “There’s no need to talk. The salary you wrote down is not something the company will offer. You can leave!”
Who exactly are you insulting? What kind of attitude is that? The compensation I wrote was the same as what was stated on my résumé. Didn’t the company review it before inviting me?
I’ve never seen such an awful company! Even if you offered me three times the salary, I still wouldn’t go! This group is even worse than a small company! Absolutely ridiculous!
After I left, I sent a message to the company’s HR department:
“Hello, I’m sorry, but I just came to your company for an interview. I spent nearly an hour filling out information and waiting, yet you only looked at the salary I had written and immediately told me that there was no need to continue and asked me to leave because the company could not offer it. This was extremely disappointing and shocking! The salary I entered was the same as the one on my online 104 résumé, where my expected salary was clearly stated. I also asked about the compensation by phone before coming to the interview. Your company should have reviewed my résumé before notifying me to come for an interview. What exactly was the purpose of inviting someone to interview in this way? It is truly incompetent for such a large group to handle matters so poorly! Please respect every job seeker! No one should be treated so unreasonably! Thank you for teaching me a lesson, and please also destroy all the information and personal data I submitted. Thank you!
In any case, absolutely do not go!!!”
