Because the headquarters is located in Dongguan, China, while the owner is in the United States, the New Taipei Zhonghe site is an office with a relatively lean staffing structure. The workplace environment is fairly flexible, and the salary level is okay.
Being far from headquarters is both an advantage and a disadvantage. This makes support from the Dongguan headquarters and factory particularly important. However, the problem is that both the Dongguan headquarters and the U.S. office have established business teams, so by comparison, Taipei receives far fewer resources and less support, requiring considerably more effort.
