★ New graduates without experience can learn a lot here, but be mentally prepared to grit your teeth and tough it out.
★ Various situations often arise, sometimes just 1–2 hours before shipment.
★ Personally, I think the boss treats people well.
★ Relationships within the same department are good, but sometimes departments pass the buck to one another, and some people speak rudely to newcomers.
★ Sales/international trade staff need to coordinate with the on-site packaging team. There are many salespeople in the company, and the packaging team has so many people asking me to rush their orders first—why should I rush yours first? Sometimes they will agree, but then leave you an opening; you need to build good relationships. (Some people in the packaging team are relatives of upper management.)
★ The work is based on a responsibility system, with no overtime pay.
