I applied for a management trainee position based in mainland China. The process was quite friendly, with interviews conducted successively with HR, a manager, and the general manager. We discussed many current events, and they occasionally presented hypothetical situations and asked me to propose solutions. There was also a self-introduction in both Chinese and English, followed by a summary. Overall, this is a position that requires adaptability and quick thinking, and it may involve managing a small number of mainland Chinese employees.
The salary for the mainland China position is approximately NT$40,000, with a slight adjustment after the probationary period. Accommodation is provided, but meals are not; it feels somewhat low.
