The work environment is fairly clean and tidy.

The company isn't actually very large, yet it has an excessive number of rules. There are more nitpicky requirements than there are employees. They won't show understanding where a little flexibility is warranted, but they also won't provide what they should. There are also some extremely strange rules, such as their obsession with clocking in: if you don't bring your card or the card doesn't register, they insist on counting it as tardiness and deducting your perfect-attendance bonus. It feels like they're looking for all kinds of excuses to dock your pay, which feels terrible. As for the actual work, I can't be bothered to elaborate. They pay very little but expect you to handle many cross-disciplinary tasks. They have amateurs do professional work, then scrutinize it according to extremely picky standards and nitpick every detail. A lot of things seem to have no clear purpose.
