It’s really hard to find a good job in Tainan.

There was severe infighting within the company. I joined in 2014 as a machine maintenance technician. The company made backlight films for mobile phones and tablets. The owner also had Luming Technology and Donghai Qing, among others; the other companies were nearby.

At the time, my supervisor had been promoted from an operator, so he didn’t know how to do anything. When I first joined, he often took me along to slack off. It’s a long story.

In summary—the company had far too many problems.
