An open and free environment
They scheduled my interview for around 10:00. After I arrived, I waited at the entrance for 7–8 minutes before being let in. Once inside, I took a written test for 30 minutes, then waited another 40 minutes. Unable to stand it anymore, I went out to ask what was going on, and the female HR representative simply replied, “The interviewer is in a meeting.”
When I interview at other companies, if the interviewer needs to attend a meeting, they arrange another time with me. This company only told me after I asked, even though the interviewer did come out shortly afterward. What I want to say is: Does that mean job seekers’ time can simply be wasted?
