The environment is nice.
I interviewed for a part-time audiovisual position and was accepted after the interview, but they told me there would be no labor or health insurance because it was considered outsourcing? Outsourcing at an extremely low hourly wage—if I’m outsourced, do I still need to come to the company? Then they said that because the salary was already not much, enrolling me in the insurance would leave me with even less. Well, you know it’s low yourself… Is that my fault? The part-time position also required that they hoped I would come to work every day. Absurd. They wanted to hire a full-time employee at minimum wage, while the office was located in a high-end commercial building in Taipei City and they wouldn’t even provide labor and health insurance. I didn’t think such a stingy and unlawful company would treat its employees well in the future, so I declined.
