Eating
Terrible. Divides employees. You can’t leave work on time at six. He keeps saying everyone should leave early, but if you leave punctually at around 6:10, he’ll come talk to you the next day. The boss is incompetent and relies entirely on employees, secretly copying employees’ methods. Suggestions: He has no opinions of his own, no sense of responsibility, and is unable to keep his composure. He was caught using pirated software and then started putting pressure on employees. When there are fewer orders, he starts blaming the employees. He loves saying that “the wool comes from the sheep,” yet he only talks and never puts anything into practice. He’s very good at brainwashing. It’s basically the Dance Club Empire—the Wheat Empire. No wonder it’s called Wheat.
