The supervisor who conducted the interview was very friendly, and I received an offer notification the next day.
I interviewed for a full-time laboratory position with a fixed 12-hour shift. However, being contacted through a staffing agency felt suspicious. Although the job was advertised as three days on and one day off, overtime was often required, as was stated beforehand. As someone with no experience, I was offered NT$26,000; with the maximum amount of overtime, I could earn NT$35,000. No wonder the company is known for having some of the lowest salaries. Regarding the environment, the laboratory was not large and there was no solvent smell. The staff were also very friendly during the tour. However, I would not recommend it to women because the job involves lifting heavy objects (20 kg). Please assess for yourself.
