Cons
The designer unilaterally contacted a vendor to produce things without obtaining the supervisor’s permission.
Afterward, they refused to take responsibility for the production costs and went around badmouthing the company.
It’s frightening—there are basically no systems or procedures at all. >>> I wonder who started this, huh?
