The reception staff were friendly.
During the break in the second-round interview, the interviewing manager offered me a drink.
The manager was candid that, after becoming a manager, income would be tied to the company's performance, with pay roughly comparable to what my manager earned when I worked with Sampo's printers. However, the organization is flatter than at my previous company, so higher-level positions face fewer obstacles from the “one carrot, one hole” structure, offering potential for development.
There were two interviews. The first was very quick, and the interviewer spoke very quickly; it felt like it ended without asking much. The second interview took an entire day.
It seems that you have to go out regardless of whether the weather is good or bad.
