Pros
When it's slow, it's very relaxed, and you can play with 4–5 large German Shepherds.
Cons
During the off-season, be mentally prepared to go out and work with the master or do whatever the boss assigns.
The benefits are poor and the working hours are long; be mindful that labor insurance contributions may be underreported.
You have to raise dogs.
