Pros

* Learn a lot and earn more

* Technical guidance and training for professional certification exams

* Group meals

* Holiday gifts (or cash gifts, depending on the person)

* Year-end bonus

* Unpaid typhoon leave

Cons

* One supervisor focuses on the matter rather than the person, while another focuses on the person rather than the matter; the latter is very emotional, likes you no matter what you do when they like you, and can find fault with anything you do when they dislike you

* There is annual leave, but it cannot be taken consecutively during extended holidays; Mondays and Fridays cannot be taken off, and no two people in the company may take leave on the same day. Depending on the situation, you may also need to explain the reason

* Typhoon leave is unpaid, and the additional allowance is deducted as well; there is no double pay for working that day

* There is no overtime pay when meetings run over, and there is no pay for after-hours training either (if you do not do fieldwork, there is no need to rush to take the exam); there is also hardly any training process, so you mostly have to practice on your own and learn from colleagues

* You need to have an exceptionally good memory. When problems arise, no one will take responsibility for you; even if you have been taught, being unable to solve the problem means it is still your problem. Saying sorry is useless—they hired you to solve problems, not create them

* The team is always understaffed, so you will definitely have to take on other people’s work. Be sure to back up document comments and be careful not to suffer in silence

So, warriors with strong (slave-like) hearts (guts) should give it a try; if you are thin-skinned, please do not put yourself at risk!
