When leaving the company
The employee turnover in the company's sales department is extremely high.
I had already seen three groups replaced within one month of joining the company.
The bonus system was not clearly explained during the interview.
The initial salary offer may look very attractive,
but shortly after joining, they will effectively reduce your pay through salary adjustments.
They use the sales staff to conquer the market, then discard them once they are no longer needed.
Many highly capable senior employees have quietly left.
On the surface, they say that many matters are open for discussion,
but in reality, the company is run as a one-person dictatorship....
