When leaving the company
The employee turnover in the company’s sales department is extremely high.
I had already seen three batches of people change within one month of joining the company.
The bonus system was not clearly explained during the interview.
The initial salary offer may look very attractive,
but not long after joining, they will effectively reduce your salary through pay adjustments.
They use the sales staff to help build the business, then discard them once they are no longer needed.
Many highly capable senior employees have quietly left.
On the surface, they say that many things are open for discussion,
but in reality, the company is run as a one-person dictatorship....
