1. The supervisor is very talkative
2. It feels very free
Cons
1. Old company, poor benefits
2. The one-person jack-of-all-trades
3. During the interview, you could tell that the supervisor was just making grand promises
4. It’s in a remote location with nothing nearby, so you have to figure out lunch yourself
