大華金屬工業股份有限公司
Pros
None
Cons
Highly not recommended
That lunchbox is practically worse than military rations
There’s a culture of pretending to be busy, haha
Also, the average is 15 months
I heard classes can extend into your time after work
Overtime absolutely comes without compensatory time off or overtime pay
It’s an absolutely illegal company
