cama cafe_咖碼股份有限公司
Pros

It should only be that the image is packaged very well.

Cons

1. Employee training with absolutely no logic

On my first day at work, they only threw me a drink recipe chart and a sugar-level chart, told me to take a look, and then put me behind the bar. No one explained any of the specialized terms in the charts during that time—it was basically throwing me into the deep end.

2. Arrogant senior employees

The senior employee training me probably disliked me. For each drink, they explained the procedure to me only once when there was an order, and then expected me to make it myself. There was absolutely no time to take notes. If I was too slow, I was criticized; if I asked again, I was also scolded. There were even some personal attacks.

(This was what happened on my first day at work.)

Conclusion:

The situation may vary depending on the store location, so I can only blame myself for choosing a terrible store. In addition, I sincerely advise beginners who want to learn about coffee not to choose cama. For one thing, their basic employee training course only begins after you start working. In other words, if you have absolutely no basic knowledge of coffee, there is a good chance you will not attend the training course until a month after starting the job. If you happen to have good coworkers during that time, they may patiently guide you step by step; if you are unlucky, you may be treated like I was and bullied by senior employees. On the other hand, cama primarily targets office workers and takeout customers, so its actual requirements for coffee quality are nowhere near as high as they claim themselves. The only thing they require is speed of service. If you are going to interview there, I suggest treating cama as an ordinary bubble tea shop rather than a coffee shop.
