The company looks bright and polished on the outside, but its internal management is chaotic and disorganized. You could say it basically has no systems, with policies changing constantly. Many people are parachuted in from outside. The turnover rate is very high (general manager, finance, marketing, and HR). Customer service is on the front line, yet employees do not receive the compensation they deserve. The company’s systems frequently malfunction, but no one wants to address the root cause. Employees receive NT$1,000 each for the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival (no gifts); regular employees generally receive one month of year-end bonus, while some senior executives receive two months.
