1. The colleagues are young and easy to get along with, and there is a high degree of freedom in company activities without a strong emphasis on social obligations.
2. It is true that they give you a raise after the probationary period.
3. Everyone gets a prize at the year-end banquet.
4. Ever since the company was sued, it has been possible to apply for overtime pay.
1. The starting salary is relatively low.
2. The work often involves unexpected situations, but the overtime pay policy requires submitting a form before 4:00 p.m., which is difficult in practice.
3. The boss is very erratic. When discussing things with him, he listens and responds carelessly, and often forgets things he has agreed to handle.
He is very casual in the way he works. He may notify colleagues that they need to attend a meeting only on the day someone is scheduled to come to the company, or even schedule a meeting with someone and then go out himself.
4. The boss is very stingy.
All payments must go through the boss, but he often delays them or sends them back for renegotiation. (The prices were all agreed upon from the beginning, but he decides whether to approve the payment based on his mood at the time.) This makes the other party feel that we are unreliable. Money advanced by employees on business trips may also be delayed for several months before being reimbursed.
When he is treated to food and entertainment by the other party during a business trip, he suddenly becomes very generous about eating, drinking, and having fun. He also tries to get others to give him rides. Even when refused, he keeps pestering them, which puts employees in an awkward position.
5. The year-end banquet theme is very burdensome: employees have to pay for their own costumes and spend time preparing a performance.
6. It is very far from the MRT station, so transportation is somewhat inconvenient.
