Friendly colleagues, flexible work content, flat organizational structure
Cons
Poor office environment; leaders love making grand promises, but the organization has zero division of responsibilities and execution; the company invests in the sports scene, but the managers themselves do not exercise or participate in competitions; leaders with no concept of teamwork; an extreme lack of emphasis on “aesthetics” in any work produced; videos and designs skirt the boundaries of copyright; overreliance on interns to make up for staffing shortages among full-time employees
