Free drinks are available (drink vouchers with limited quantities and quotas are issued based on seniority—but you still actually have to pay).
Cons
1. The office is very dirty and has lots of dust mites! Allergy sufferers, please be careful.
2. A lack of respect for professionalism
3. Using seniority to throw one’s weight around at work
