The hiring manager from the department proactively contacted me for an interview.

There were three interview rounds in total: hiring manager → department director → HR. The final HR interview was essentially about salary, and they said they would notify me of the result within a week. However, after a week passed, there was no news at all. I proactively emailed the hiring manager to ask, but received no response either. I felt that this was quite disrespectful to job applicants.

I have some concerns about the probationary period lasting six months.

Employees who have not passed the probationary period are not considered official employees and cannot enjoy the official employee benefits. The calculation of seniority for the year-end bonus also only starts after passing probation...........
